TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

• pipes and trunkings should be transported in horizontal position on the even ground in the temperature between -5°C and + 50°C
• during transport and storage, do not heat pipes and trunkings above + 50°C
• during transport and storage the load on trunkings and pipes should not exceed 320N.

INSTALLATION DUCTS

• make holes in the base
• mount the ducts base with expansion pins
• use partitions of suitably selected size, if the installation requires
• install cables, use expanding if required and snap the duct cover evenly
• air temperature inside installation room should be between + 5°C and + 50°C
• is recommended to install the trunking using the factory made holes.

INSTALLATION PIPES

• make holes in the base
• mount clamps closed or open with plugs, clamps should be suitable to pipe size, from 13mm to 63mm with distance between them up to 50cm
• cut the pipes to the required length, for connections using rigid or flexible fittings
• put the cables through the pipe, install the fitting and place the pipe in clamps
• air temperature inside installation room should be between + 5°C and + 50°C.

INSTALLATION CORRUGATED PIPE

• make holes in the base
• mount clamps closed or open with plugs, clamps should be suitable to corrugated pipe size, from 16mm to 50mm with distance between them up to 50cm
• put the cables through the pipe ( in the case of a corrugated flexible pipe with a wire, you can use the wire to pull the cables through)
• put the corrugated pipe into installed clamps
• air temperature inside installation room should be between + 5°C and + 50°C.
